Rad Power Bikes has teamed up with GetHenry to offer customers the possibility to rent some of our models in select European cities! You can now rent the RadRunner 2 or the RadWagon 4 for an affordable monthly fee, with maintenance and service included and monthly cancellation option. Find out more below!

FAQ
Why can I not buy directly from Rad Power Bikes?
Unfortunately we cannot participate in this great initiative. As we are an online seller, we do not have a physical retail store in UK, which is a requirement to participate in the Cycle To Work Scheme. You can, however, check out our partners https://www.blike.co.uk/ or https://www.dashrides.com/ through whom you could order one of our bikes.
Are the bikes for sale, lease or rental only with your partners?
This depends on your agreement with your employer, the service provider and what the UK Cycle Scheme permits. To date, most contracts start with a lease agreement that may end with a ownership opportunity upon the contract completion date.
Will you be opening a shop soon in the UK and qualify for direct subsidies?
At this time Rad Power Bikes remains an e-commerce only ebike seller to provide you with some of the most affordable bikes on the market. We are partnering with more and more local shops and service providers to bring our bikes closer to your home.
Will the two year warranty still apply if I lease through your partners?
All our Cycle Scheme partners provide you with free maintenance (and insurance in some cases) for the time of your contract with them. Therefore our 2-year warranty does not apply to bikes rented/ leased within this contract.
Can I buy the bike from your Cycle Scheme Partners instead of rent/lease it?
That is an arrangement you may be able to make with some of our partners. Best to reach out to them directly to discuss.
